Payment
At checkout, you will have the option to pay by direct deposit (at a branch or on the internet), by VISA or Mastercard, or by PayPal. Payment by credit card will only be charged when the goods are ready to be dispatched (for example, if any of the items are not currently available you will be advised. No payment will be charged unless you give us the authorisation to do so. For direct deposit or PayPal orders, goods will be dispatched as soon as the funds appear in our bank account. Alternatively, you can also make a payment instore by EFTPOS, credit card, or by cash.
Tracking
Most goods that we send out can be tracked electronically online. You will be supplied with a tracking number once the goods are dispatched.
Warranty ReturnsWe uphold the manufacturers warranty terms & conditions. We will happily refund or exchange defective goods due to a manufacturing fault within the manufacturers warranty period. The returned goods must be packaged with diligent care to ensure that no further damage to the goods during return transit. Orders returned do not receive shipping reimbursements. Prior to sending any items back to us, please contact us to discuss to allow us to better understand the nature of the return. We will not accept goods returned damaged.
Change Of Mind Returns
If the returned goods are determined to be non-defective, then the return will be classified as "Change of Mind". We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of upto 30% of the purchase price on Change Of Mind goods. This percentage will vary depend on several factors, including (but not limited to): if the items were a stock item or non-stock, the value of the goods, the condition of the goods (including original packaging) and the customers buying history with us.
